LTR reminds me of Altura mining in 2020. The Lithium price being the main factor. If Li prices stay at these levels for some time, it will not be worth mining.
when the price was $3, the talk of SP being $15 was being discussed on this forum and how much better LTR was than PLS. I was shot down down a few times for simply trying to get some reality into the thread. I did sell out at $3.03 after a lot of thought, in hindsight, I made the right decision (even the board was advising to take the $3 offer).
when the SP dropped back to $1.50 (which nobody believed would happen), I stated that it was probably good buying but said that I believed the SP would drop further. Here we are, at around $1.20, I still have not bought back because of my concerns in the near term with Li prices at these levels. Those days of Altura are looking similar. Maybe there will be another takeover, maybe the company will not survive (as LTR) but the future is based on the Li price. World events,(possibility of war) the return of inflation are starting to look more real.
If world events settle, if the Li price starts increasing, then I will buy back in but for the moment the risk is a little high.
