re: Ann: MOU Entered with China Harbour Engin... I agree this is excellent news. Just wondering however if these MOU's are mostly just strategic to build a better SP before some other deal is announced? Granted these guys will probably build the rail and port regardless, but could this be a move to just increase the SP to get a better deal for the company at a later date i.e. JV partners, takeover etc.

Not sure whether to buy back in now or wait till the dust settles a bit.
