Ann: FBR Executes Binding US Agreement with CRH Ventures Americas, page-129

Hey all, just keeping you updated.

For those of you who subscribe to the AFR (Australian Financial Review) there is a decent write-up on FBR. We should get a very good amount of exposure from this article in fact.
It talks about the latest announcement with CRH.
"Meetings with institutional investors and a bookbuild are slated for Friday".
It also says that the "final terms of the raise are still being determined". To me this would suggest the cap raise price will be based on expectations coming from the recent news announcement. This to me would logically signify a significant premium but this is my speculation only.
The AFR did state that "Each unit is expected to generate $USD32million per annum in revenue at 60% utilisation". There numbers not mine but at 30% gross this would translate to approx. USD 9.6m Gross per machine. Again not my numbers, just stating what is written up in the article.
If this is true, 2m outflow for a machine brining in 9.6m in Gross. Wowzers. What can I say.

Anywho, when I said FBR could one day be the ASX's largest stock I meant it. Okay so I should probably get back to work now but don't think I will be able to concentrate on anything other than FBR for the remainder of the week. lol.
