I have noted that TEMBO capital have paid $6.5M for 54166667 shares (12c @) which is the Capital raise price.
They now control 32% of TNC. Tembo Capital are a P.E. group specialising in early stage mining companies to see them through to operation atc.
They are a group of people experienced in the field.
With 32% of the company they clearly get a seat at the table. They are ACTIVE managers of the companies they own.
Cross my fingers and have my heart in my mouth but I have to take that as a sign of experienced people backing the company in.
