For many years Australia has "let go" of it many inventions to be developed and/or manufactured overseas and Australia misses out. There has never been enough support (by various Governments) to encourage local manufacture in Australia with Australian inventions. Anyway do you really think the current governments ,both Federal & State, are going to do all their builder mates out of a job?
