TSX listing and Canadian placement takers, offer their stock at a premium to their 12.5c issue price.

TSX SP heads up because US shareholders / instos will want to take position in TSX thin market

OZ market SP will follow otherwise OZ shareholders would be able to buy here and sell there.

Envisage some form of takeover given Gutnick history.

Either way, OZ shareholders will be rewarded.
