Doesn't work like that. CHN first need to demonstrate that the project is economically viable, and right now no-one knows if the material is gold dust or better to sheet your driveway with.
Coupled with declining commodity prices, relatively complicated metallurgical characteristics of the material and a ss that raised more questions than answers = high risk for markets.
