But most can't grow up! With an average IQ of around 60, there is the problem. They can't help themselves just like children can't and that's why the Aboriginal problem has never been solved and will remain the same. In places like the Alice the Aboriginal problem has remained the same for over the last 60 years or more! It's because you can't change their very simple way of life!!!
