the response would have been fine if he did not go into the - they my shares and I can do.. The first part of his response was perfectly fine though and I thought he will leave it at that. I thought he would have also recognised they could have done better job with releasing an announcement on time, say sorry and that's it - leave it at that. But he could not help himself and had to go for arrogance at the end - my shares.. hubris.


there was no need for that - especially since ALK failed to release timely announcement about the sale of his shares. if he can't keep his composure by answering one simple question from a retail investor what hope does he have if pressed by institutional investor with real questions.
he will lose his temper in a second and turn the event into heated argument.
