Lol everyone does need to calm down, MSB still needs to run another larger trial before they can consider approval, and the voucher is not awarded until approval.
Still a long ways off.
If you wanna get caught up in hype go for it. But I prefer to look at the facts.
It's promising. But it's not going to change things in the medium term.
