Not that anyone reads these posts - but might one day - MSB just saw an intra-day mkt cap jump of some $60 million simply on an FDA designation of one of its applications as a Rare Pediatric Disease (RPD) Designation. Such 'vouchers' are tradeable and have fetched somewhere between $20-$350 million in the past:

IP is very difficult to value, but when companies literally trade designations with each other it gives more tangible insight to the potential valuation involved.
