    So a significant holding that he is well in profit on but difficult to sell on market apart from trickle feed .
    Under 5% so no need to inform market .
    Doubt he would be a desperate seller after all this time . I’m also not so sure that anyone would be prepared to take that amount of stock off him until current company strategy is proven ( even if they have to pay a bit more )
    Emotions in the market can be odd things and maybe he’s just a bit aggrieved - who knows ?
