To me it’s obvious CRH have done their due diligence and are very sure about their decision otherwise they would not have asked for exclusivity! Those who seek exclusivity in big business already know 98% that it’s a sure thing imo , THESE GUYS WANT IT ALL they want to corner the market in the USA! That’s why they are the biggest in their field . I think you could be right , it would have made sense not to announce a trading halt to run the Sp up on the back of this announcement but they decided to do it right after ? WHY when we are only at 2.7 c this announcement imo would have gotten us to 5c + to be conservative.
