Our fuel will need to improve markedly to cope with these tighter emissions . The engines will be high compression and have little tolerance for poor fuel . By then there will be enough charging points to go EV for most of us . I reckon if you buy a new car ( I’ve engine ) in 2025 , it will be worth next to nothing after 5 years !
