Just brushing up on my excel skills, and for fun made this graph. Most here know how accumulation works. For illustration purposes: suppose 3 years ago you decided to spend $100 per week buying IMU shares and kept that up until today. This is from the Warren Buffett school of 'get rich slow'. Well, your average cost of shares would be 0.1463. All right, I confess, I accumulated a nice parcel in the last month based on this method. Why not? Prices are lower than the long term 'accumulated price'. That's about the extent of my technical analysis skills! This method doesn't make predictions, but combined with some research into a company's fundamentals it can help you decide an entry point.
