    What number of shares on issue are you using to get the ~80c price estimate?

    I'm using 1,198,176,519 from the ASX website. Let me know if and where this is wrong.

    5% stake of project = $100,000,000
    Therefore 100% = 20x $100,000,000 = $2,000,000,000
    LLL now owns 40% = 0.4x $2,000,000,000 = $800,000,000
    LLL's ownership / Shares on Issue = share price
    $800,000,000 / 1,198,176,519 = ~66.7c
