I did a lap around Aus last year and met some people on my travels that had farms in the Lake Hume area. I got talking to them about NXM and the potential of Bethanga….. they were all for it. It sounded like a lot of the farmers in the region would be too.
These older gentlemen spoke about how the Bethanga area itself used to have many pubs(can’t remember the exact figure) and now it’s lucky to have as many houses.
That’s not to say there won’t be a whole lot of people against the idea though. There will always be people on both sides, That’s the nature of the beast I guess.
If people are trying to stop NXM from mining at Bethanga, then it means we have found a resource worth mining….. I’ll take that.
Has anyone contacted the company recently and got any info regarding exploration/updates etc??
