Very close to correct!

In the Mono-therapy arms:

Cohort 1 was only 1 x 10⁶ (1 million PFU), not 3 x 10⁶. In fact there was no 3 x 10⁶ dose. For Cohort 2 they went straight to 10⁷ (10 million PFU) and that was the Cohort where the first Bile Duct Cancer patient achieved a Complete Response. You can see these on pages 16 and 17 of the JP Morgan conference prezzo.

Cohort 3 was 3 x 10⁷ (30 million PFU) and Cohort 4 was 1 x 10⁸ (100 million PFU).

We are now at 3 x 10⁸ (300 million PFU) and from Leslie's recent interview comment, now confirmed by yesterday's Poster Presentation, they are planning a Cohort 6 at 1 x 10⁹ (one billion PFU) and a possible Cohort 7 at 3 x 10⁹ (3 billion PFU). They will only go to Cohort 7 if Cohort 6 shows a significant effectiveness improvement over Cohort 6, and as long as toxicity/adverse reactions remain low.

(Footnote for those who are detail minded: The Cohort dosing in yesterday's Poster presentation does not actually match perfectly with the JP Morgan prezzo figures. On the poster, Cohort 1 is shown as "8.6 x 10⁵ instead of 1 x 10⁶ and Cohort 2 is shown as 9.4 x 10⁶ instead of 1 x 10⁷. Cohort 4 on the poster is shown as "1.1 x 10⁸ " instead of 1 x 10⁸. The actual numerical difference between the pairs of figures, proportionate to their size, is relatively small. I'm assuming the figures on the poster are accurate measurements shown exactly as measured, whereas the JP Morgan figures are rounded up/down for simplicity. I'm guessing here - but possibly with the early batches it was hard to generate precise dosages, and they have now perfected the process for Cohort 5. The difference between what I assume is the actual figure (in the poster) and the "as planned" figure (in the JP Morgan prezzo) was certainly decreasing from Cohorts 1 - 3, which would suggest that they were improving their dosage quality control).
