Yes the sh has been drifting and the up and down dance for quite a while.It is obvious that they are consulting with a large major and this can take time.I have heard on the grapevine that it is nearly in place and also quite a few other large companies are knocking on their doors.This large parcel of land is very attractive so there will be many suitors.Large companies move slowly and cautiously.When the ann does come with a trading holt it will have lots of legs to run with.Be patient.
