Thanks for the feedback. The other news I noticed is that EEG has managed to pick up a 42 Tj/d processing plant on the cheap, which has significantly more capacity than the 25 Tj/d that they say they need. See here:

Given that both TBN and EEG are contracting gas transport with APA, I wonder if there is some work being done on whether it is cheaper to share the pilot processing plant. The processing plant might need additional capacity to meet the requirements of both TBN and EEG, but hopefully there have been lessons learned from the billions wasted in duplicating processing plant and pipelines for the three Curtis Island LNG joint ventures.
