In the email from MEC Resources it stated
"A previous referral under the EPBC Act to the commonwealth Department of Environment, Heritage, Water and the Arts (DEWHA) was withdrawn due to the nature of changes required in that document to keep it current. Following advice from our environmental consultants, Advent has deemed it unnecessary to re-Refer our actions to DEWHA for their consideration"
'To keep it current' - does that mean that the environment application is already with DEWHA, does it mean they already have approval, and what do they mean by 'Advent has deemed it unnecessary to re-refer our actions to DEWHA for their consideration'
I would be grateful if someone with more knowledge than me about the application process and what this email actually means could give me some insights into this.
I have been waiting since BUY announced all those moons ago that they had the rights to PEP11.......it is sooooo close now......good luck to all fellow PEP11 believers!!!
