This is the sort of post that brings HC down. Getting a HC membership…….instant expert. Maybe you should enlighten me slick (no offense) I agree that TA documents the SP but it doesn't make it go up or down that's my point, FA controls either up or down. No Iam not saying the Fundamentals are negative, but the market hasn't valued the Rees well out of DRE portfolio, and for the current and long term holders this is not new news and the current macro environment across the board has been negative Lithium etc along with waiting on results from the lab.
The thing is with people like yourself day trading etc coming in here and sharing your TA which is great but giving us your opinion on where you think the sp will be is the problem imo because as i said in my original post FA is the key along with good management and results from the drill bit that's what determines where the SP will be with companies like this not TA.
