Something to keep in mind is that the Redleaf report accounted for ~37m shares for a price of $3.62. After the option conversion there are now about 48m shares (dilution of about 1/3rd).
I know Redleaf’s price was conservative and if they continuously beat expectation the dilution may not matter, however it is something to keep in mind.
Regardless of the heavy dilution I still think that there’s a lot of growth to come!
