Lets think the mind of a M&A predator. They dont always just pay at the top of the market, but opportunistically in the low cycles.
Is it desired ? Come 100MT all probable. That is the writing on the wall.
How much can you acquire it for, when drills outstanding already suggest 70mt, and cash to further that book value to 100 MT ?

We are very fortunate to hit JAMAR very early on, and with multiple rounds of CFTF have boosted our exploration cash, with little dilution.

The exploration $$$ and dilution for any other stock to land 100mt deposit would be much worse.
Now, think how difficult it is for a M&A to do what we have done.

Would they not simply prefer to acquire us on the cheap, and take the rest of our journey to a developer status for themselves ? or add to their inventory in a tier 1 jurisdiction ?

On that bet, you may not have to wait for the lithium cycle to turn highs again.
