    That's a very poor attempt at deflection btw.

    l'm talking about a very valuable and finite resource that we will never see again.

    None of it recycled. Most of it wasted. As opposed to the sun and the wind that just keeps turning up every day. No waiting for millions of years to form so that we can fight wars over it.

    Pollution ? How about co2 emissions ? Bit of a problem according to the real scientists of the world apparently.

    Extracting ore to build things that produce very low amounts of c02 ? Sure .

    Enabling more sustainable mining processes as we go. lnventing new mining and recycling technologies as we go. Building better machines that will build better machines after that. Just as we used horse and cart to build automobile factories in the past. Using one technology to build it's better replacement.

    As opposed to just digging bigger and bigger holes just so we can burn stuff and waste most of it in the process.
