out in the real world, far from reports, graphs, media noise, balloon gurus and the rest ....and a long way away from this forum....
there is a hive of activity going on, in both commercial and private property...stacks of property deals going thru, with lots of happy people out there......
note the home builders are advertising again with great deals, the tv shows are back on...with the block starting soon, and the other auction shows....
looks like 2007 all over again...pre gfc days...
and todays news surprise surprise....consumer confidence is down again...
