Here's a question. With raw material prices down, is that yet translating to cheaper car batteries? And if that happens will the price of EVs fall substantially enough to ultimately boost demand for raw materials such that prices re-balance? If so, I suppose that all takes time - 12 months perhaps.

It'd be interesting to know who the major sellers have been. I'm guessing it's not by and large from Top 20 holders. Some would say that directors would sell any recent performance shares they received but I doubt the likes of CE would need the free cash that badly and would have enough faith in the future to be happy to hold all he owns. On the other hand you have to figure that professional investors who bought CR shares would probably have mostly sold by now. Professionals surely become that way by knowing when to quit falling stocks. Then we have the smaller holders who have panicked out, and the day to day punters who've been thinking they've been buying at the bottom but who soon realise not and use a stop loss to exit. No matter who's selling, though, the fact is that very few true investors want to risk buying into any lithium stock in the present climate - and who can blame them?
