There needs to be an investigation into the actions of this company and in particular the remuneration paid to CEO Mark Alexander Norwell.
PRN announces a share buy back in preference to paying a dividend to shareholders (They had been buying shares for a consideration of greater than $1) the current Share Price is 88cents, so that is a fail. PRN have bought back shares and then issue shares to the CEO on either Performance Rights and other incentives (Whst a Joke). What shareholders want is a dividend. If the company pays a substantial dividend the Share Price will grow by attracting further shareholders.
