How are you calculating yield? They will payout approx. $0.08c this calendar year on a SP of $1.78 today is a yield of 4.4% unfranked or 6.17% fully franked.
Franking calc = (0.08 / (1 - 0.30) - 0.08)*1 = 0.034c + 0.08c = 0.11c / 1.78 = 6.17% yield.
