Sisukas...contrary to public opinion ..the facts are more often than not" insiders like say board members often miss the Great Opportunities and when to buy their own stock"...why...I think often they are too close to the picture and they Cannot see the forest for the trees...too often focused on the small picture rather than the emerging opportunities...by the time it all sinks in they have missed that pivotal point in the stock price...Board members are often noted for their individual skills of engineering, technology ,mining or Accounting; but few have Vision or Strategic skills, and rarely Investment Analysis skills.
