You make a good point there @Deadrise, and I know you look at BRN from more than one perspective, you might say there is some balance there in your posting, which I do respect.
So the question I would ask is a/. does Pia use any other social media platforms
b/. is there any other way of knowing what she has or hasn't done
re BRN recently.
But I take your point, it has been raised before, and there are people who think she brings a lot of nous and contacts to the table. But she does wear hats at a lot of tables, and yes, where do her priorities lie.
Also, Pia makes/balances the spread of directors 3 from Oz and 3 from the US, Geoffrey Carrick sits on 2 other Boards, and of course PVDM is indispensable, so 6 hats and that makes Pia a busy girl, maybe too busy and a fair question Deadrise.
As far as I see it Pia does not have the experience or technology background of most of the other Directors apart from the other Oz director Carrick, but he has serious business and banking experience.
Maybe BRN want to have Directors from here and US, for some balance with regard to Board politics and other machinations.
