    Hi Skronkman, i am not valuing the options, I am just assessing what is the"implicit" value that the investor that participated in the CR is giving to the options in a very simple way: If i am selling the stock at 8c and keeping the free option then the implicit value is giving to the option is 13c minus 8c = 5c. This is because the investor is selling the share he bought at 13c at 8c... what is left is the option. I am mainly trying to explain why someone would sell at a loss.
