we are very very fortunate to only need sea water. the initial process was not about approval for sea access it was testing of materials to make sure we didn't need fresh water, in fact i recall mgt announce using salt will improve production recovery of minerals. Probably because we test for 29 metals during each assay and using salt makes it economical to process some of them.

I suppose the exciting part is that over the decade it took to organise all this the landscape has changed quite a bit both through environmental awareness but became obvious when rainfall volume and frequencies was dramatic, hence pumping 2000litres when we only need 30% of it means its a valuable asset on top of the scope of all the assets.
