From the number given, Google's margin is extremely low at 26%, that's was much lower than Group average Gross.
$120m revenue off the table, when translates to profitability, is not that material.
It's the fact of losing such a major client yet the management has realized, that make the investors panic.
I think there is no way Appen can avoid being taken over at the very low price.
