Yes in one sense but at least morally that is better than the alternate position put.
If they can get BV financed, which has two feasibility studies, I reckon that the market will like it and new bunch of shareholders wont know anything about the past.
I understand the frustration but I don't think its all doom and gloom, and all will be forgotten if they finance BV
