There's actually quite a lot of news in both the Sept and Dec quarterlies. They need to be read carefully. On the Hatch Mk2 reactor plans: Sept.Q3: "...the core design is now ready for detailed engineering." Sounds like all the plans are done.
Dec Q4: "...Hatch has reached final stages of detailed design..." No not finished, but in the final stages.
on the Vancouver site: Sept Q3: "... potential site options have been identified and are being evaluated."
Dec Q4: "... a new preferred project site has been identified and arrangements with the owner are under detailed discussion with Fortis BC"
