However, please tell me if you think the terms misdirect and mislead are not appropriate. When the EISA review, makes numerous (I count well over 15) statements that Makuuta Surface and Groundwater have low to nil Uranium (which is probably true ) while taking the opportunity to stress the point that Uranium and thorium are a HUGE problem for hard rock mines..

But then it omits to identify the fact that the actual stuff that they are going to mine ie clays; in which everything bar the RE's will remain on site. Actually contains at least 16ppm U and 31ppm Th (a tenure similar to hard rock RE mines) and these toxic elements will be concentrated in the pregnant liquor solution along with any other metallic ions ? (table 12 in the DFS). Their is absolutely no mention of a dedicated long term storage facility for this toxic waste in the EISA. There is much said about garbage disposal, smoke and many other minor issues, but nothing about the Uranium in the clays !!!!! IMO Classic diversion tactics ~ watch the Circus, don't worry about tomorrow !

And don't tell me that IXR had nothing to do with it because the EISA was produced by an Independent agency. At least four of IXR's Senior Management provided technical advice to that Report !
