The question is does she wait to see what happens with financing and to see if they face any commissioning issues?
But I'd say that a bid of $1.60-$1.80 might get her over the line....
If she were to put an on market bid at her bid price she would scoop up 50% plus easily.
No one will want the same thing to happen if the bid fails again... in these uncertain times
