    --like for like sales going backwards
    --too much debt
    --Aus dollar strengthing not good for the business
    --majority of business in UK and europe...debt contagion not helping and europe is going backwards
    only one way for this stock...down!

    2 options calim bankruptcy or raise capital at 0.05c
    both will see the stock capitulating
