And what’s worse about the theory of $1.00 Her Vaxx sale is that the deal was leaked and the shares rallied to 60c in the lead up. Many many companies who have considered a confidential transaction have walked away due to leaky ship. It all comes down to ethics. If it’s true then it’s no wonder the deal fell over and Axel had to go for his part in unethical behaviour.
Imugene will never survive in biotech if it is seen as a leaky ship with unethical directors. good riddance to AH if this has any truth. The board did the right thing.
