    I very much agree with 4b, 8b being low-end... and even your "ultimate hope" of 20b fits into that low ball figure. With so many shots on goal, IMO, we're probably looking more like 5x that figure for a t/o, once our first treatment drug gets regulatory approval. Now, that is definitely not out of the question!
