    so lets say i have 500k shares
    i can buy 41,666 and receive 20,833 IVZOA
    at 13c this will cost $5,416 to partake

    Now.... To buy 41,666 at 11c would cost = $4,583
    and then to buy 20,833 options at 4.7c would cost $979

    4583 + 979 + 40 (brokerage for 2x transactions [possibly waived depending on your broker]) = $5582

    $5582 - $5416 = $166

    I save a whopping $166
