Anyone who left their shares to be automatically converted will have them converted today according to the announcement, and the DRS cert sent out on 1 Feb.

I was trying to figure out how many retail shares might be left to convert, using the last few announcements of the company.

Out of 5.7m total shares across both exchanges:

3.8m Common Stock already converted into Nasdaq stock

1.9m CDIs remaining as at 1 Jan 2024 but of this 0.5m are CDI sub holders who you could argue are long term holders.

So on 1 Jan, roughly 1.4m CDIs left, excluding the sub holders. Doesn't mean they will all become sellers, but gives an idea of how the free float (and hopefully the trading volume) will increase next month.
