i do agree with the ipo was never against it in fact i understand why they would like to go down that path and support it
I'm against the large amount of free shares for the very reasons they state as to why they are getting them .

FMS RESPONSE: (A1) The current capital structure of FEX includes shares provided to Directors and management in consideration of their time and effort to set up the company as an independent entity and progressing the IPO of FEX.
directors get paid to run a company and the above is part of it one would think
fairness to shareholders, page-75
