    He isn't doing anything to the company, 1MC has no functioning employees on the payroll SYA will remain the focus. They will of course raise because despite 1MC getting no attention in favour of SYA they will still be drawing full wage on this pooch.

    Amazingly there will be posters that will defend this management team while 1MC sits dormant.
