Septa, did you bpay it on the Tuesday? If so, it could be that your bank only processed it later than the cut off (5pm WST I think). If you are in SA or eastern seaboard, a Tuesday pay would be processed normally at 6 pm EST. Not sure about the west. Still - if they accepted your money, they may still place the shares. Your documentation/receipt and conditions from your bank should tell you the story. Hopefully a presentation of the receipt should help in establishing your right to the shares. I kept mine and had a nervous moment when I couldn't find it yesterday!!!

This is my first SPP too. Maybe others will be able to shed more light on a later placement.
