Birch, very much appreciate the time and effort you put into sharing the info you glean from your discussions with management. While i do feel somewhat more relieved by your latest postings I remain of the opinion that Gavin is full of it and not the man for the job.

A precautionary raise? Bwahaha, for what, to ensure his exorbitant salary was protected. There were ample funds available to get to April without a raise. Played into the shorters and mates hands IMO, effectively killing any chance of the options being converted (although this was already problematic).

Would love to see his typical day for the past 12-18 months. Walks into office, puts briefcase down, turns on computer, gets a coffee, checks understated KPIs for "performance" shares, and then...? They haven't even been answering concerned SH emails!!
