lost it's markets in Europe
Finland and possibly Sweden joining NATO - longer border with NATO and proximity to StPetersburg for strategic loss
loss of all those reserves of equipment
all the troops
the loss of russian prestige - not being able to defeat Ukrainer in 2 years
loss if contracts for weapons shown inferior to western weapons
dependance on China
putin is a wanted man
growing debt and reduction of futures fund
hig interest rates weak rouble weak economy manpower shortage etc

etc etc

you can pretend if you want - this has been an absolute stuff up by russia that has cost them dearly and long term .
