Here is another Spec review for you regarding the Directors buying- pure insider trading!!! At its best.
Very direct inside trading IMO- not even the pretense of waiting 2 weeks as I had suspected.
Anyway it the great news investors wished to hear- only we would have bought far more if we had the DIRECTORS knowledge.
If he keeps buying in the 30s that will be great, however he just made himself 35% in a few short days.
As a Director myself I would never have been so obvious in buying right before this ANN. He had previous knowledge of all this- the downside of this is the integrity of the Director.
Watch this Director closely- IMO.
