A female handling the derivatives hedging had got the hedging strategy, completely arse about, & that was why the company was hemorrhaging & eventually, it was put into receivership & was taken over.
But you should be incredibly relieved they met their gender quotas. That could have been a real disaster for Pasminco if they got that wrong.
